Landscape lighting that fits the way you live.

Unity Lighting is a web-based control platform for compatible residential outdoor LED lighting. Homeowners can choose colors and effects, save presets, manage property schedules and check controller status. Your installer must confirm that the controller, firmware and lighting hardware work together.

Start with the areas you use every evening

A useful landscape lighting plan starts with the property: the path to your door, a favorite tree, the patio and the places you spend time after dark. Decide which areas should share a look and which need separate control before choosing hardware.

In Unity, you begin with a property and then its controllers. Names that describe a location, such as Front garden or Patio, make everyday adjustments easier. Separate physical lighting areas do not automatically become independent software zones; that depends on the installed controller and wiring.

Keep an everyday look, then make room for occasions

Save a restrained everyday preset and a separate look for entertaining or a holiday. A color or palette defines the colors; an effect defines how they appear or move. Unity keeps those choices together and provides a preview before you apply a change.

The preview helps you compare a combination. Actual output depends on the LEDs, controller configuration, brightness and physical installation. Check the lights themselves when deciding on the final setting.

Build a routine around your property

Manage fixed-time schedules for the property, or use sunrise and sunset scheduling when its location and time zone are configured. Review which controllers a schedule targets and check for other schedules that might change the same lights.

Controller status and the last reported state help you distinguish a saved setting from a device that has actually responded. If a controller is offline, check its connection before repeatedly applying changes.

  • Confirm the controller and firmware before purchasing lighting.
  • Choose clear names for properties and controllers.
  • Save an everyday preset before experimenting.
  • Check the time zone, target devices and reported state.

Common questions

Can Unity control any low-voltage landscape light?

Compatibility depends on the controller, its firmware and the lighting hardware. A conventional transformer or an outdoor LED fixture is not enough on its own. Ask your installer to verify the complete setup before choosing Unity.

Can landscape and holiday lighting use the same workspace?

Compatible controllers can be organized under your property in Unity. The controller setup determines whether particular roofline, garden or patio areas can be controlled independently.

Can the lights follow sunset?

Unity supports property schedules relative to sunrise or sunset when the required location and time zone are set. The controller must be available to receive the scheduled change.
