Address suggestions
When you type a property address, Unity sends the search text to Photon, a public OpenStreetMap geocoding service. That external lookup is not restricted to our US data cell. Suggestions are optional: keep your typed address or accept a suggestion. Saved addresses stay with your property; coordinates are rounded to two decimal places for sunrise and sunset schedules.

Data residency today
One active region. Canada is planned.
The release-candidate preview stores application data in the United States: Firestore in nam5, object storage in the US multi-region, and web compute in us-central1. A Canadian data cell is not provisioned, so customers requiring Canadian residency are not onboarded yet. Firebase/Google identity metadata is a disclosed service exception.
